Background:
The director of Cambridge Coaching Solutions is Mark
Gawlinski. Mark has worked as a coach and consultant in a wide range of
different organisations, including O2, the BBC, BT, Pfizer, Cafedirect
and ITN. Full list.
As Head of Innovation for BBC Resources, Mark worked
on Greg Dyke’s massive organisational culture-change project, ‘Making
It Happen’. This helped make the BBC one of the most creative organisations
in the world, through the sharing of stories of good practice using Appreciative
Inquiry.
Mark has a masters degree in organisation consulting
and is an expert on the use of business storytelling, Appreciative Inquiry,
coaching and action learning. He is trained as an executive coach and as
a Gestalt counsellor.
