Working together better:
The challenge: Help a specific group of technology
companies to work together better.
What we were asked to do: Design and deliver
a large-group workshop to build engagement in the idea of working together
better as well as make immediate improvements to the quality of working
relationships.
This involved:

Co-designing (in partnership with our client) the workshop.
We drew on event and meeting design methodologies such as Open Space, World
Cafe and Scenario Planning.

Generating compelling and involving invitations.

Sourcing expert input and stimulus.

Leading the facilitation at the event.
What happened:
A number of people reported that the event gave
them completely new views of the situation in which they worked and that
they had built a series of new or better working relationships.
Our client said: "Working with Mark was the most
fun and instructive thing that I’ve done in the last twelve months, and
I was really pleased with the success of this event”.
